Flatness Measurement and Analysis System

TherMoiré Data Acquisition Software is the engine that drives the TherMoiré flatness measurement systems. The software allows the user to capture phase images of samples at room temperature and/or during a dynamic temperature profile; these phase images can then be analyzed to determine the flatness by using the Fringe Analysis program.

Fringe Analysis software allows you to derive displacement data from phase images that have been generated by the TherMoiré or LineMoiré systems. The displacement data can then be presented in a variety of pre-defined analysis tools that are both graphical and quantitative. The Fringe Analysis program is separate from the TherMoiré and LineMoiré programs and allows the user to analyze phase images from any computer on which it is installed, not just the computer that ships with the measurement equipment.

After taking flatness measurements with a TherMoiré or LineMoiré system and analyzing the phase images with Fringe Analysis, users usually have tens if not hundreds of 3D and 2D plots. Report Generator software works with Microsoft Word and Adobe PDF, and allows users to easily create documents with 6 plots per page.
